Born from Pain, Driven by Purpose
The plight of young girls orphaned by HIV/AIDS inspired the founding of Precious Tears Initiative. Seeing girls as young as 9 drop out of school to head households sparked our commitment to provide psychosocial support, counseling, and life skills training. Since then, we’ve empowered:
- 81 students to complete secondary school
- 45 girls through vocational training and employment
- 9 through university, and 23 with diploma certifications
Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, we remained a lifeline—offering life skills sessions, mental wellness talks, and distributing hygiene essentials through KOFUP support.
